TIM
Tim McGann was first introduced to CrossFit in 2012 and began taking classes shortly after. Tim began coaching in July of 2018 and earned his CrossFit L-2 coaching certificate in 2023.
Tim has been married to his wife Tina for 24 years and they have two children, Colin and Ali. He is a 30 year veteran of the Providence police department and is also an Army veteran.
KEITH
Keith began his CrossFit journey in the fall of 2012. CrossFit was the perfect mix of fitness and community that he had been looking for, and he fell in love almost right away. He earned his CrossFit L-2 coaching certificate in 2021.
When not in the gym you can probably find him at his “other church”, which is actually a church where he serves as the Lead Pastor.
NICOLE
Nicole has always had a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals. She began CrossFit in 2013 and has been coaching since 2016. She is CF-L1 certified and outside of the gym works full time at a biotech company.
SUE
Sue started CrossFit in 2011, looking for something different. The fitness approach of constantly varied movements kept her motivated and the community aspect was inspiring. Sue has learned to embrace scaling and modifying, and while she loves the workouts, the community is what inspired her to co-own. Sue and her husband Tom have 1 daughter, Sarah and a dog, Charlie. Sue is CF-L1 certified and also a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Coach Pn-1.
TINA
Tina became involved in CrossFit in the summer of 2012 and she has loved everything about it since then. Tina is CF-L1 certified. Tina has been married to her husband Tim for 23 years. They have 2 children and 2 dogs. Tina has worked for the State of RI for the past 29 years.
